Method 1: Check FAB Prepaid/Salary Card Balance Online (3 Steps)
This method is for FAB prepaid and salary cards (including Ratibi WPS payroll cards) — it uses your Card ID and card number, not a standard online/mobile banking login. If you have a regular FAB savings, current, or credit card account, skip to Method 2 (FAB Mobile App) instead.
1. Go to the Official FAB Prepaid Card Inquiry Page
Visit the official Prepaid Card Balance Enquiry portal, run by Magnati on FAB’s behalf: https://ppc.magnati.com/ppc-inquiry/.
2. Enter the Last 2 Digits of Your Card Number and Your Card ID
In the upper box, enter the last two digits of your card number (e.g. “90” from “5412 7512 3456 7890”). In the lower box, enter your Card ID, which starts with a letter (e.g. “A000012123456”). Click “Go.”
3. Check Your FAB Balance
You’ll see your Card Number, Status, and Available Balance, plus transaction history by date range.
This method is free. If you don’t have an internet connection, try one of the methods below instead.
Method 2: Check FAB Balance Using the Mobile App
1. Download the FAB Mobile App
Download the official FAB Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Log In to the FAB Mobile App
Open the app and enter your Customer Number or debit/credit card number.
3. Enter OTP
Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number or email.
4. Create a 6-Digit Security PIN
Set a 6-digit PIN; Face ID is optional.
5. View Your Balance
Your balance appears on the app’s home screen once logged in.
Method 3: Check FAB Balance via SMS
You must register for SMS banking first — do this once at any FAB ATM (Balance Inquiry menu → SMS Banking Registration), at a branch, or by calling customer service. Once registered:
- Type “BAL” followed by the last 4 digits of your account number.
- Send it to 2121.
- You’ll receive your balance within seconds.
Standard SMS charges from your mobile operator apply — this isn’t a free FAB service.
Method 4: Check FAB Balance by Phone
Call FAB customer service at 600 52 5500 (UAE, 24/7) or +971 2 681 1511 (international). You may need to verify your identity. Standard call charges apply.

- Find your nearest FAB ATM (most operate 24/7).
- Insert your card and enter your PIN.
- Select “Balance Inquiry.”
