Method 1 : Through the Official Dubai Police Website

1. Visit the official Website.

First of all go to the official Dubai Police Website at www.dubaipolice.gov.ae

2. Login / Register Account

Log in to your Dubai Police Account. If you don’t have one you can register for a new account by entering your personal details and verifying OTP (One time Pin) through your phone number.

3. Navigate to Police Clearance Certificate section.

After logging, in click on the Certificate Services option. A box will pop up from which click on the Police Clearance Certificate Apply option.

4.Navigate to Certificate Application Form.

Click on the “Access Services” option to navigate to Application form.

5.Fill up Application form.

Fill up the Application form with your information and personal details. You will need to verify a captcha before moving forward.

6. Submit the Application.

After filling up your Application , attach all the documents as required and pay the application fee. After which you can finally submit your Application. Be sure to store your reference application number so that you can check your application status later on.

Method2 : In person via local police station

You can apply for the certificate in person by visiting your nearest police station during the working hours. Be sure to take all your documents with you during the visit. There are also third party services in Dubai such as typing center that offer to do this process for you in charge of some additional fee. However it is advised that you only trust authorized typing centers to avoid getting scammed.

How long can it take for my application to process?

It normally takes on average 5-7 days for the application to process. However in some cases it can even take up to 15 days. You can keep track of your current application status using your reference number.
