How to Redeem Emirates NBD Plus Points?

1 NBD points equals 1 AED, and you can redeem your by visiting any participating store and:

1. Requesting the cashier to redeem your NBD points.
2. Number of points you would like to redeem.
3. Follow the instructions.
4. Your points will be converted.

Make sure to check your NBD reward points by sending an SMS “REWARDS < last four digits of your Emirates NBD Credit Card number >” then send it to 4455.

Plus points can be redeemed using these 6 methods including Instant Redemptions, Nol Top Up, Frequent Flyer Miles, Education Fees, Donations, and Cashback.

Purchase product using NBD points

If you are in one of the participating stores of NDB bank then you can directly purchase any product using your plus points directly.

1. Simply, inform you would like to pay using your points.
2. Swipe your card for the transaction.
3. Choose to redeem the points.

NOL Top up

If you travel frequently on public transport such as Bus, Metro, tram, or Waterbus then you can also recharge your NOL card.

Follow the steps below to redeem your Emirates NBD card into NOL Balance.

1. Log in to the Emirates NBD Mobile Banking app.
2. Tap on your card and under the card’s image, tap on Plus Points available
3. Under the Redeem option, tap Online Redemption > New Redemption > NoL top-up
4. Enter your NoL card number and points to redeem and tap Next.
5. Verify your details and Submit.

Cashback or Pay your Credit card Bill with NDB Points

If you have collected enough points then you have the option to pay your credit card bill as well. For this, you need to have at least 500 NBD points which will apply for a conversion rate of 1 Point = 0.75 AED. 

Follow the steps below to pay your credit card bills with Emirates NBD points.

1. Log in to your NBD Mobile Banking app.
2. Select your card.
3. Tap on Plus Points available.
4. Under the Redeem option, tap Online Redemption > New Redemption > Cashback
5. Enter the Plus points amount to be redeemed and tap Next
6. Verify your details and Submit.

Your Cashback will be credited instantly.

Education fees

If you are a student in UAE using the NBD card, then you can also pay your school expenses using plus points.

1. Pay your education expenses as normal credit payments.
2. Request Plus Points redemption once payment is processed.

A conversion rate of  1 point = 1 AED will be applied and an SMS notification will be sent to you.

Donating your NBD Points
